USA & Canada: No tariffs/duties required.

International Orders: May incur duties; rates vary by country.

Customs Duties: Buyer is responsible for any duties. Adelisa & Co. cannot predict duty fees.

Unpaid Duties: If order is returned due to unpaid duties, both initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Package Delays: Due to holidays postal delays are possible. Please allow a few extra business days before filing a claim. We appreciate your patience!

Tracking Not Updating:
- Shipping confirmation is sent when your label is created; tracking updates once the carrier receives your package.
- Orders during preorders/releases may experience slight delays due to high volume.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, it ships once all items are ready (typically 2-3 weeks unless noted).
- Fulfillment and shipping times are in business days (Mon-Fri) and exclude Canadian/US holidays.
