All of our items ship from Ontario, Canada. 

*With the exception of men's boots which ship from British Columbia, Canada.

Our team has 1-5 business days to fulfill and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, shipping time varies depending on the carrier you choose at checkout.

USPS First Class/Priority $7.95 USD Flat Rate Shipping. Free over $100USD - Tracking is included and approximate shipping time is 5-7 business days.

Flat rate shipping means your shipping cost won't change, no matter how many things you add to your cart! 

DHL Express $14.95 USD Flat Rate Shipping. $7.95 over $100USD - Tracking is included and approximate shipping time is 1-3 business days.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or Canpar for a flat rate of $11.95USD (free over $100usd) and take approximately 3-7 business days to be delivered. 

Flat rate shipping means your shipping cost will not go up, not matter how many items you add to your cart!

USA & Canadian customers don't have to pay duties.

All international customers may be subject to duties.

All countries have their own values and limits of what can be imported without duties. Adelisa & Co. is not responsible for any customs duties that may incur and cannot predict what you will be asked to pay. 

If an item is returned because the buyer did not pay duties, the original cost of shipping the item as well as the shipping we are charged to receive the returned item will be deducted from the refund.

Delayed package troubleshooting:

My package has not arrived and is outside of the fulfilment + shipping time frame mentioned above:

-Because of the holiday seasons and staffing shortages, many postal carriers are experiencing slight delays. Please allow a few extra business days to account for this before filling out the claims form below. We appreciate your patience!

My tracking is not updating/has not shipped within the fulfilment time period:

-Please note that shipping confirmation emails are generated when your shipping label is created. Your tracking will update once your order is shipped and received by our third party shipper.

-If you ordered during a preorder or release, packages may take slightly longer because of higher volume.

-If your order contained pre-order items, your order will not ship until the pre-order is fulfilled and everything can ship together. Pre-orders typically ship 2-3 weeks from order date unless otherwise specified.

-Fulfillment and shipping times refer to business days (Mon-Friday) Please also consider any Canadian or US holidays that may have fallen into your purchase window.
